HI, I'M ELIZABETH.

A postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania

I am the  William J. Heinrich Postdoctoral Fellow in the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania. I work with with the Annenberg Center for Advanced Study in Communication and with Dr. Dolores Albarracin in the Social Action Lab. During my PhD I worked with Dr. Jay Van Bavel in the Social Identity and Morality lab. I am broadly interested in studying the effects of group identity on belief and information processing- such as the effects of political identity on belief in fake news and fact correcting.
